We understand that long wait times, limited appointment availability, and unexpected scheduling challenges can leave patients without timely access to necessary medications. Our one-time medication refill service is designed to provide a safe, temporary solution for individuals who are unable to get in with their primary care provider. This service offers short-term refills for appropriate, non-controlled medications while ensuring patient safety through a brief clinical assessment and clear follow-up recommendations. Our goal is to bridge the gap—not replace your primary care provider—so you can maintain continuity of care until you’re able to be seen by your regular clinician.Office visits: $100

DOT & Employment Physical Exams
We offer comprehensive DOT and non-DOT physical examinations to meet the needs of commercial drivers, employers, and individuals requiring general fitness-for-duty evaluations. Our DOT exams follow FMCSA guidelines to ensure drivers meet all federal safety standards, while our non-DOT physicals provide flexible, employer-specific assessments for a wide range of industries. Whether you’re maintaining certification, starting a new job, or meeting workplace requirements, we provide efficient, thorough evaluations with same-day completion and clear documentation.$150 per exam
FMLA & Work Release Paperwork
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) provides eligible employees with job-protected leave for qualifying medical or family reasons, allowing them time away from work without risk of losing their position. When medically indicated, a work excuse or medical leave note may be issued to support the patient’s need for time off, outline work restrictions, or recommend temporary modifications. A return-to-work authorization may also be provided once the patient is medically stable to resume duties, with or without restrictions. All documentation is based on the patient’s clinical status at the time of evaluation and is intended to assist employers in understanding medical needs while supporting safe and appropriate reintegration into the workplace.Office visit: $100

Laboratory Testing
Our clinic provides comprehensive laboratory testing services to support employment, wellness, and clinical care needs. We offer on-site lab draws, urine drug screening, and immunity titers required for school or workplace compliance. In addition, we administer essential vaccines, including Hepatitis B and other occupational immunizations, and perform both TB skin tests and TB blood testing based on employer or program requirements. All testing is conducted by trained clinical staff, with results processed through certified laboratory partners to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting. Whether for pre-employment, annual compliance, or personal health monitoring, our lab services are designed to be convenient, efficient, and tailored to your specific needs.
